Rapper Danny Nanone has responded angrily to claims that he tried to bribe his way into this year’s edition of Primus Guma Guma Super Star saying he will seek legal redress if necessary to bring to book whoever started the rumors.

The capricious musician missed out on the fifteen contestants list, and was instead outshone by eight new entrants into the four month long competition.

And after the fifteen contestants were unveiled, there were widespread allegations that Danny had splashed out a staggering five hundred thousand Rwandan francs in form of bribe, to which Danny strongly denied.

While responding to a question from a journalist on the issue, Danny suggested he was looking into a possibility of seeking legal intervention over the matter. He said, “I know corruption is a punishable crime in Rwanda and I can tell you that whoever started this rumor may have to do some more explaining in the relevant judicial organs.”

Apart from Danny, Mico The Best, who had also made a surprise appearance in the third edition of the competition, failed to receive a nomination. Meanwhile Danny has entered into a new collabo with Intore Tuyisenge in their newest hit track Urudashoboka with its video is set to premiere soon.
