Diva Knowless Butera may miss out on road shows of this year’s edition of Primus Guma Guma Super Star, according to her manager Ishimwe Clement.
Knowless, who would have appeared in the reality TV show for the third consecutive time, will have a tight schedule during the run-in period from April to July, the same period where the competition will take place.
In a telephone interview with rwandashow.com, Clement did confirm the developments saying that as an ambassador of MTN, Knowless’ schedule is likely to clash with that of PGGSS.
He said, “You know she (Knowless) is an ambassador of MTN and she has a timetable already drafted. Unfortunately it looks as if it will clash with that of PGGSS.”
However, Clement remained optimistic that the issue would be resolved sooner rather than later with talks expected to be held between Knowless and Bralirwa.
He said, “Right now as we speak she is on her way to talk to Bralirwa to see if there is a way she can combine the two tasks. But as it stands if there is no agreement then we will have to forego PGGSS.”
Should Knowless decide to pull out, she will be third artist to do so, following Kitoko and Mani Martin who have distanced themselves with the competition.
