Rapper Ama G The Black has officially announced that the video to his song entitled Uruhinja will be officially stopped from playing in public after failing to come to terms with the baby’s mother who appears in it. Ama G, who was full of anguish, disclosed the news to Sunday Night on Isango Star FM and said that “it was sad the two parties couldn’t settle out the dispute.”
The mother of the baby who appears in the video had threatened to sue the rapper after comprehensive consultations with her lawyer, but after Ama G agreed to withdraw the video, she rescinded her decision to pursue judicial intervention. Meanwhile Ama G has said that he’s going to start preparations for another video shoot of the same song to make it up to his fans.
“It’s a great lesson I have learnt from this experience. Now I am going to start preparing to shoot another video. Honestly I didn’t know there was anything legally wrong but the way things have turned out to be, I have to be careful next time,” he was quoted as saying.
