After rapper Jay Polly withdrew from the Salax awards in rap category, the organizers replaced him with female rapper Oda Paccy.
The mother of one is one of the four nominated rappers who include; Amag the black, Riderman, Bull dog and Fireman.
The Ndi Uwawe star expressed gratitude for being nominated on her facebook page and requested fans to vote for her.
Paccy boasts of songs like Ndi Uwawe, Miss President and she’s one of the pioneer female rappers in the industry.
Many artists defected from the salax award nominations for unknown reasons.
Other artists who rejected being nominees include Alpha Rwiragira, Dream Boyz, Tomclose and Uncle Austin. They were replaced by OGI, B-Gun, Ellion Victory and Bruce Melody.
