Almost two months down the road, reports have emerged that winners of the prestigious Rwandan Premier Models competition have not yet been given their prizes despite knocking on the doors of Rwanda Premier Models Agency several times. Mose Tekle and Uwera Alexia won in male and female categories respectively at a glamorous event held at Gikondo Expo Grounds on 28th December 2012, but their prizes have not been forthcoming for inexplicable reasons.
Rwandashow.com tried to contact Claude Ndayishimiye, founder and Managing Director of Premier Models Agency, but our several calls went unanswered. The two winners were supposed to go home with a one million Rwandan francs cheque each, while runners up had been promised different luxurious prizes that include hotel stays and trips around the country.
